Policy:

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellations prior to a 14-day notice will receive a full refund. Cancelations within the 14 day period will not receive a refund but we will gladly use your deposit towards a reschedule. Same day no shows will receive no refund or deposit credit. The weather in Colorado’s high country can be unpredictable, therefore, if conditions are unsafe and we must cancel, a full refund or reschedule is redeemable.”
