Customer Support

• To cancel or reschedule, please contact the phone number above. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 50% fee. No-shows or cancellations on the day of the trip will forfeit the full deposit.
• Trips cancelled due to mechanical issues, medical emergencies, or weather-related concerns will result in a refund of your deposit.
